Chair Yoga These classes are friendly, sociable, gentle and for everyone. With gentle chair yoga we practice seated and standing (using the chair as a prop). We stretch our bodies, building strength and stability in the different yoga postures. We relax and calm our minds through meditation and breathing exercises. ​

Hatha Flow Yoga These classes are about being good to yourself, building strength and flexibility through the holding (and flow) of yoga postures. It's giving yourself the time and space to calm your mind through relaxation techniques and easy to follow meditation. Every class is different, fun and friendly.

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course This new evening course is a great way to be introduced to the numerous benefits of yoga. It's also about being good to yourself, building strength and flexibility through the holding (and flow) of yoga postures. It's giving yourself the time and space to calm your mind through relaxation techniques and easy to follow meditation. You will learn the basic postures of yoga, experience different meditation practices and a variety of yogic breath work that can either calm, soothe or energise you, and discover ways to connect with yourself. It's a great way to start the week. Be kind to yourself, this is time for you!
