Hatha Flow Yoga / Evening Yoga  (mat classes)

These classes are about being good to yourself, building strength and flexibility through the holding (and flow) of yoga postures. I provide options for all abilities and experience, guiding you through the class. It's important to listen to your body, every body is unique! It's giving yourself the time and space to calm your mind through relaxation techniques and easy to follow meditation. Every week is different.

Chair Yoga

These classes are friendly, sociable, gentle and for every body. With gentle chair yoga we practice seated and standing (using the chair as a prop). We stretch our bodies, building strength and stability in the different yoga postures. We relax and calm our minds through meditation and breathing exercises.

 

​Restorative Yoga

This 1.5 hour class involves deeply relaxing yoga postures where you are supported by props in the ambience of calming music, soft lighting and guided meditation. â€‹

 

We begin with a gentle warm up on our mats before being guided into your first supported posture. Your body is fully supported by a variety of different props so that there is no active engagement of the muscles, instead, they get to gently stretch, relax and open into the comfort of the props. Your stay in each posture for around 5 to 6 minutes. I will be there to adjust and to support you.

6 Week Course: Yoga to Help reduce Stress Anxiety

This is a course for all levels including beginners (no previous yoga experience required). This is gentle mat based yoga to help down-regulate the nervous system through gentle movement, calming breathwork, and relaxing meditation. Starting January 8th 2026

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course.

 I provide beginner courses for both Chair Yoga and Hatha (mat) Yoga. On these friendly courses you will learn the basic postures of yoga, experience different meditation practices and a variety of yogic breath work that can either calm, soothe or energise you, and discover ways to connect with yourself. It's giving yourself the time and space to strengthen your body and calm your mind with easy to follow meditation. Be kind to yourself, this is time for you!
